Rabbit from the animated series Winnie the Pooh is our 10th most famous rabbit. Rabbit is a very sensible and responsible character from Winnie the Pooh. Rabbit is always busy doing something. He often made Pooh dizzy from all of his scampering here and there.

One of rabbit’s favorite activities is to garden. It was not uncommon to see rabbit harvesting carrots and throwing them into a wheel barrow. Rabbit was constantly fighting off insects, and other creatures that would attempt to eat from his garden.

Rabbit and his friend owl, were different from the other characters in the Winnie the Pooh stories. Both of these characters were portrayed as real animals, while characters such as Pooh were just stuffed animals. It was often said by rabbit to owl, that they had the brains and everyone else just had fluff.

Rabbit was also an excellent friend. He was always looking after the well being of his friends, Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore. This combined with his other characteristics is what makes Rabbit such a wonderful character.
