I found your article about treating a broken leg after my daughters pet rabbit broke her left rear quite badly. I am sitting outside working, watching her hop around like nothing ever happened and felt I should contact you and thank you!

We let our lop play in our fenced back yard and upon picking her up to put back in cage, found her leg simply hanging loosely. Didn't seem to be in any pain. Followed your advice and kept in cage for 2 months.

Let her out under supervision after that and she was great! You can feel the break in her leg, but she moves around like nothing ever happened. Amazing how bodies can heal.

I have a 2 1/2 month old Mini Rex and ever since I got him I have been researching everything about pet rabbits. By far this is the most helpful website I have found (and I have looked at many!) Thank You for all the great insight to raising a rabbit.

We have 16 rabbitts for sale. 2 or 3 may be bred already. 6 of the rabbitts are 14 days old. All appear to be New Zealands.........email us for questions.
