The March Hare
The March Hare was the delirious rabbit from the tea party in Alice in Wonderland. He offers Alice a drink of tea, but instinctively pulls it away each time show reaches for it or tries to take a drink. Although his name is not mentioned in the movie he did have a name, Thackery Earwicket. He throws dishes during the movie.
The March Hare did not limit his theatrical or entertainment appearances just to Alice in Wonderland. He is in the song, We Have Heaven, by Yes. He was also makes appearances in, Wizards of Waverly Place, Lori Prince Live (where he is interviewed with the Mad Hatter), and in the video game, The Dragon’s Liar II.
The March Hare has even stepped into social media. You can find a Facebook page fro Thackery Earwicket. His occupation is a chef,which may be why he was throwing dishes in the kitchen. No matter how you look at it, the March Hare was a mad/crazy character.
